The information below outlines the definitions of item stock status and provides expectations in relation to delivery times.
A large range of common and frequently purchased parts are stocked on site at Big Warehouse. New items are added to the stock list regularly, now stocking over 16,000 parts.
Due to the large range of appliances in the market and the associated parts for these appliances we regularly need to order parts form our suppliers to fulfil our customers orders. Our suppliers are located around the world, including Australia, China, Europe, and other countries. Once we receive your order and if the part is not in stock here in the warehouse, we will order on our suppliers within 24hrs. Once the item arrives at our warehouse we will send it on to you within 24hrs of receiving it. Supply times from our suppliers vary from 1-3wks. In some cases, related to special unique items the supply time maybe long.
We monitor our supplier purchase orders closely and work with our suppliers to supply items as soon as possible so we can quick fulfil our orders to our customers.

All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following working day (generally a Monday unless a public holiday coincides).
