About Your Delivery
Delivery charges are included as part of the checkout purchase price. There are a couple of delivery options available:
Delivery Options include the following
- Our standard courier provider is Australia Post or Fastway Couriers
- Express Post – Using Australia post *
International Deliveries: Start from $19.95 depend on destination. Please proceed to checkout for rates.
All delivery times are as per the carriers noted delivery time frames (please review on the carrier’s website). Depending on the location the delivery times can range from 2–10 business days.
If items are in stock (onsite at Bigwarehouse) all deliveries are guaranteed despatch on the same day as order confirmation up to 1:00pm weekdays.
When you order is despatched, you will be emailed a consignment number for the carrier used and a website link to that carriers “Track & Trace” system. To monitor your delivery, you can enter this Consignment number into the carrier “Track and Trace” system and be informed as to the delivery status of your order.
Express Post
Express post is a faster delivery method offered by Australia Post. We use Australia Post E-Parcel Express service. Check Australia post for delivery guarantees for this service. (Note: this service has no next day delivery guarantee).
All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following working day (generally a Monday unless a public holiday coincides).
There is also the option of purchase protection which offers the option to return the item if you change your mind.
How does ordering multiple items affect delivery?
Orders with multiple items will be shipped as one shipment when all items become available, resulting in one shipping charge.
Requests for the splitting of orders will be considered by exception on an individual basis. Splitting of orders may incurred extra freight charges for 2 consignments.
